Two friends, two ways of cooking
DosManos opened in 2023 on Torrent de l’Olla in Gràcia. It’s run by two partners and friends, Eyal Arbiu and Ofer Kabilo.
Eyal leans towards fusion; Ofer towards tradition. Between them comes spiced Middle Eastern street food, casual, with a few modern liberties.
Why DosManos?
It means “two hands”, because there’s only one way to eat a well-stuffed pita. If you’d rather, we’ll serve it on a plate.
The place
A counter facing the open kitchen, so you can watch the pitas being put together, and green tiles. Small and lively, for a quick bite or dinner with friends.
